Your Journey To Noticing More Meaningful Moments

The Anchor — (Weeks 1-4)

  • We begin learning the Art of Noticing by slowing down and using the five senses to explore your daily experiences.
  • Week 1: We complete a life satisfaction questionnaire and create your first portrait: The Bud

The Nourish — (Weeks 5-8)

  • You begin recognizing moments of comfort, curiosity, and nourishment within ordinary routines.
  • Week 6: We complete your midway survey and flower portrait on the graph. (hopefully seeing that bud expanding outward!)

The Flourish — (Weeks 9-12)

  • Your noticing skills grow stronger and become part of how you naturally move through your day.
  • Week 12: We do our last survey together and plot out your bloom scores and you receive your Full Bloom Portrait - fun stuff!
